Legals – Let’s make things official

This is where things can get a little complicated – acquisitions can involve a range of technical issues including employment contracts, tax considerations and various regulations but… don’t panic! This is where solicitors will step in and help us to facilitate the deal ensuring fairness and protection for both sides. There is often a lot of back and forth but it’s vital to get this part right to make sure both parties walk away happy.

Contract agreement – Welcome to the family!

When both parties are happy and our respective legal teams are satisfied that the deal is fair and equitable, it’s time to put pen to paper and welcome you to the group.
